Our Story
Hi! Welcome to Parenting with Vanessa! I am Vanessa and I am so excited to be supporting you throughout your parenting journey. Over the past 20 years, I've worked as an Early Childhood Teacher at various long day care centres and as a Trainer and Assessor where I support trainees completing their qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am also a lecturer in Early Childhood Education teaching those studying at a Bachelor level. I have a Masters of Teaching in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Special Education from Macquarie University in Sydney.
I’m also a mother of two neuro-divergent children who have taught me so much, more than any degree or experience on the job ever could. I absolutely adore sharing the strategies and knowledge that I have accumulated throughout both my professional and personal experience and I am so excited to sharing this with you too.
